Neglected Journal... :)

You probably will have noticed that I donīt use the journal here on dA very often.

I only write this very journal entry to get rid of my previous entry, which is way outdated by now indeed...

Coming along with the job-related part of my life seems to mean that I have lesser time for illustration or my dA account here. Nevertheless, there will be an update from time to time. Iīd be glad if you keep visiting this little place here once in a while, and let me know what you think about my work. Thank you for that.

Ah, no, though my username (originally it´s whitelady, but that was already taken here at dA) is inspired by Scotland because of a holiday there, it was waaaay before I had ever heard of the Outlander series.

Was delighted when I found out that they called Claire this, though... :D

This is by far, the best rendition of what I imagine Jamie to look like, out of all the ones I've seen. I'd like to use this as my background for my Livejournal. Could you possibly "sign" a version and send me the file? I would appreciate it very much.

Since a few weeks I keep seeing your request in my messages and always think: I´ll come back to it later. I´ve been thinking a lot about it.

I feel very honoured that you would like a "signed" version of the Jamie pic. But you see, this is a finished pic. I have filed it away in my head long ago, and it simply doesn´t feel right to open the file again and make a change, no matter what sort. I never sign my pictures.

So, if you would like to use the pic for your LiveJournal, and I guess this is non-commercial, so you won´t make any money from it (because ONLY when it´s non-commercial you may use it), then go on and do so, but you MUST mention my dA site (ladameblanche.deviantart.com) as the origin somewhere in the file. Say, with a small Arial text on the corner.
